Carvers Kolsh

Traditionally from the city of Cologne, Germany, Kolsch is a dry, easy drinking beer with a slight malt flavor finish. Like the Mountains we carve and inspired by the carvings of a local legend, this one holds a little bit of magic!

IBU: 56ABV: 6%This IPA is a work in progress as we continually strive for perfection, putting the craft in craft beer. Its light straw color is complemented by floral, honey, and lavender notes, which transition to sweet orange and finish with a crisp, almost pilsner-like clean finish.

Kootenay Park Ale
IBU: 29ABV: 5.5%This beer is a year-round go-to, perfect for any season Canada throws your way. With a slight maltiness and hints of caramel and spice, it’s the ideal way to cap off an adventurous day with an “Ahhhh.” Whether enjoyed on a patio, around a fire, or watching storms roll down the valley, it’s a versatile favorite. Be sure to try it in our living room or on our patio!
Redstreak Red
